I agree with Jdaniel…TVM should prevail its natural beauty but I think such development(malls and multiplex) should also be there for next generation.

One more mall which is under construction in MG ROAD, oppsite to RAYMONDS.Mall will open by this ONAM.Shoppers Stop persons already discussed with the client for their space.Mall is having 85000 sqft with 7 stories(2 for car parking)and trivandrums first multi car parking system is will be in this mall.

Whenever something is mentioned about TVM some people says it was compared to Kochi. I think they are afraid of TVM!!!?;)

I really love the traditional old theaters. It has very high capacity with big screens and Balcony etc. They great seating capacity. Multiplexes have less space and small screens(most).Currently there are about 20 big theaters are in Thiruvananthapuram. I don’t like demolishing all those…….

Who does not like to be in Singapore and in Dubai or in London, thats what these malls will do , a one point stop to do multi shopping, great food of all types, watch movies, parking space and also a great work out for all age group of people, walking exercise in a full air condition atomosphere. You can see anyone wearing the traditional lungi around the mall its the next generations time to catch up with the advanced world, Dont worry money will be available for shopping,if not atleast go for a snack, it is not necessary to purchase always just enjoy the spirit of shopping and taking your loved ones out.
