Trivandrum for the faithful is not just for Hindus. The place is abound in churches belonging to various denominations. The CSI Christ church at Palayam, the LMS church also at Palayam, the Lourdes church of the Catholic denomination at PMG, the Pentecostal Church at Charachira and the St. Mary’s church at Pattom which is renowned for its architectural splendor are all located within city limits.
Off city limits we have the famous Vettucaud church about which you can read here.
Worth mentioning are the three mosques the Jama Masjid at Palyam and Beemapally and the Mosque at Thampanoor. The mosque at Beemapally is very famous and post on it can be found here too.
