Safe Tourism Seminar in Trivandrum

In the wake of the Kumarakom boat tragedy, the government has initiated several safety awareness programmes. One such is the seminar which is being organized by Kerala Tourism on Safe Tourism at The Mascot Hotel, Trivandrum on April 12th, 2010. The welcome speech is by Shivashankar, Director of Kerala Tourism, and the inauguration by Hon Tourism Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan. The event also has the Hon Education Minister M.A Baby releasing a book on Safety Tips for Excursions (authored by Muralee Thummarakudy) . V Rajeevan, Director, KITTS will give the vote of thanks
