Low Floor A.C. Volvo Buses to be inagurated by Dr.Shashi Tharoor

Under GoI’s JNNURM project TVM & Cochin corporations are getting 80 Volvo A/C low floor buses and 240 Ashok Leyland semi low floor buses. The total allotment is 125 crores. From this first 15 Volvo low floor buses for TVM will hit the road from 17 Nov 2009.The inaugural function is scheduled at 4 PM the same day. Apart from Dr. Tharoor, CM, State Ministers, MLAs and Mayor are participating in the function.
