Kerala’s IPL dream’s come true.A consortium of five companies headed by Shailendra Gaikwad won the bid for new IPL team for 1533 crores.Our beloved MP Shashi tharoor’s efforts helped Kerala to win an IPL team. He addressed the press and expressed his happiness on kerala winning an IPL team.

Most probably Kerala IPL team will operate from Cochin.

Kerala cricket association will develop a stadium with international standards for IPL. A new stadium is coming up in Eda kochi. Till the facilities are ready BCCI will provide an alternate venue for the IPL matches.
