German Jazz magician Wolfgang Haffner to Perform in Trivandrum. The German language and cultural center – ‘Goethe Zentrum‘ is organizing the jazz concert at Tagore Theatre Vazhuthacaud on the 20th of March 2010. The concert will start at 7.00pm. As usual there wont be any entry fee for this event.
Goethe Zentrum is a non-profit German cultural institution operational worldwide , promoting the study of the German language abroad and encouraging international cultural exchange and relations. The Black rust rock show organized by them last Month still remains in the mind of every rock music lover in trivandrum.
Having worked with numerous musicians from all over the world during the last two and a half decades Haffner, as a percussionist and drummer played himself to the front rows of the international music scene. His discography as a drummer includes more than 400 records, though he gained recognition as a bandleader and composer as well.
On the tour “Round Silence” 2009/2010 Haffner presents his album “Round Silence” in Asia and Europe.
