I was interested in your posting about the French film program in Trivandrum. I work in the film business in New York City and am also interested in the film community in Trivandrum (I will be meeting with the Artistic Director of the Kerala Film Festival during my stay).

I will be visiting Kerala for 3 weeks from 17 February to 9 March. It is my first time and I am reserved to spend time in Varkala, Trivandrum, Periyar Wildlife Preserve, Kerala Backwaters and Kochi.

I am mainly coming for aryuvedic treatment, detox vegetarian diet, yoga/meditation and cultural events (kathikali, dance, music, religious festivals).

Can you recommend a good website that lists cultural events during my stay or do you have any good suggestions. I have read about the Nishaghandi Dance Festival but not sure when that happens. I also would welcome your recommendations to see kathikali, dance, music or other performing arts and if you are aware of any religious festivals in southern and middle Kerala during my stay.
